Rochelle L. Stanford
Rochelle Stanford practices in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, she focused her business litigation practice on commercial, real estate, employment and bankruptcy matters. She has significant experience prosecuting and defending actions on behalf of financial institutions including banks, commercial finance lenders, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and credit unions in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. She has first chaired jury and bench trials and conducted numerous administrative evidentiary hearings.
Prior to law school, Ms. Stanford obtained her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. While attending law school, she earned a Master of Science in Accountancy degree with an emphasis in taxation from San Diego State University. She graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Ms. Stanford served as an extern for the Internal Revenue Service District Counsel in San Diego.
Ms. Stanford is admitted to practice before the state courts of California, Arizona, Oregon and Washington. She is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and to the 9th Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
