Membership to Associations
As part of our commitment to providing our clients with the best legal
services available in regard to residential mortgages, our firm maintains
memberships and plays an active role in a number of the leading associations
related to the mortgage banking industry. Our attorneys not only attend,

Steven W. Pite is currently a member of the San Diego
Chapter of the California Trustees Association (CTA) and is the
chairperson of the legislative committee.
In his role with CTA, Steven assists the mortgage industry with advice
in regard to recent changes in case and legislative law, as well as
lobbying for legislative reform. Further, partners John D. Duncan and
Steven W. Pite regularly provide seminars, both to trade associations
and in-house to clients, as requested for no cost.
The seminars are available on many subjects including
bankruptcy reform and fair debt collection.
