Laurel I. Handley
Laurel Handley practices in the firm's civil litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in state and federal court. Ms. Handley graduated summa cum laude from California Western School of Law. During law school she was named to the Dean's List every semester and was awarded the Academic Achievement Award for the highest grade in eleven classes: Alternative Dispute Resolution, Civil Procedure I & II, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure I, Evidence, Insurance Law and Litigation, Legal Drafting, Legal Skills I & III, and Torts I.
Ms. Handley served as an Associate Writer and Editor on the California Western Law Review and was the Executive Editor for the California Western International Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Handley served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Napoleon A. Jones, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to law school, she graduated with Honors from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Anthropology.
Ms. Handley is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Idaho and Nevada and all of the United States District Courts in Arizona, California, Idaho and Nevada.
