Caroline M. Robert is an associate attorney in the firm's litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Robert practiced in the areas of antitrust and real estate litigation.
Ms. Robert earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Ms. Robert received Honor’s recognition for her work in the University of San Diego Immigration Legal Clinic and interned at the San Diego Legal Aid Society. Prior to law school, Ms. Robert graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego where she was recognized on the Dean's List while receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Spanish. Ms. Robert is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
Ms. Robert has lived in France and Spain and is trilingual in English, French and Spanish.
Ms. Robert is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts in California. Ms. Robert passed the New York State Bar Examination. Ms. Robert is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
