Casper J. Rankin
Casper J. Rankin, an Associate Attorney in the Firm, represents creditors in commercial litigation, creditor's rights, and bankruptcy cases arising under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Rankin's practice includes civil actions for breach of contract, SBA loan default remedies, replevin actions, and post-judgment collections.
Mr. Rankin earned a juris doctor degree from the California Western School of Law. He graduated having earned the prestigious Academic Achievement Award in Trial Practice and was recognized on the Dean's Honor List. Mr. Rankin gained invaluable experience when he served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Robert C. Coates, in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. Mr. Rankin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos.
Mr. Rankin is admitted to the California State Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California. Mr. Rankin is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
