William L. Partridge is an associate in the firm’s unlawful detainer department. His practice focuses on post-foreclosure eviction matters.
Prior to joining Pite Duncan, Mr. Partridge served as an attorney for the Unlawful Detainer and Domestic Violence Clinic located in the Chula Vista courthouse.
Mr. Partridge earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he garnered the Most Competent Negotiator award.
As an undergraduate at the University of California at San Diego, Mr. Partridge focused on urban planning and municipal politics, and participated in a Ph.D.-level research seminar where he conducted original research into urban planning in San Diego.
Mr. Partridge is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
