Brian A. Paino is an associate in the firm's bankruptcy department. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and related entities in state and federal court matters.
Prior to joining Pite Duncan, Mr. Paino served as a law clerk for The Upper Deck Company and the tax law firm of Scannell and Associates.
Mr. Paino earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law where he was recognized on the Dean's list and received the Academic Achievement Award in Professional Responsibility. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ithaca College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
Mr. Paino is a member of the State Bar of California, Virginia State Bar, District of Columbia Bar, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Arizona, and all of the federal district courts in the states of Arizona, California and Texas.
