Ms. Moeder is an Associate Attorney in the firm's litigation department. She graduated from Chapman University School of Law, where she received the highest course grades in Commercial Leasing and Employment Law. Ms. Moeder was the Circulations Editor for the law school's NEXUS Law Journal and earned her certificate from Chapman's ENLURE (Environmental, Land Use and Real Estate) emphasis program.
During law school, Ms. Moeder interned at the City Attorney's Office of Huntington Beach in the Advisory Department, where she performed legal research and drafted memoranda in response to various city departments' requests for legal opinions. She also worked for a solo practitioner as a law clerk, performing legal research and reviewing business contracts and commercial lease agreements. Additionally, Ms. Moeder became a Certified Mediator through the Institute for Conflict Management, where she interned as a volunteer mediator handling family law matters and small claims disputes.
Ms. Moeder attended the University of California at Davis for her undergraduate studies, obtaining her B.A. in Communications with a minor in English. As a member of Golden Key International Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, she maintained a place on the Dean's List for ten quarters.
Ms. Moeder is admitted to practice before the state courts of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
