Tracy Mabry Fink
Tracy Mabry Fink is an associate attorney in the firm's bankruptcy department representing financial institutions and related entities in state and federal court. Mrs. Fink is a member of the State Bar of Texas as well as the District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Mrs. Fink earned a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Fink worked for a bankruptcy law firm representing consumer debtors in complex chapter 7 and 13 cases. She also has experience as a negotiator representing consumer debtors attempting to avoid bankruptcy.
