Angela M. Fontanini is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Bankruptcy department, representing financial and lending institutions in both federal and state court matters. She has been an employee of Pite Duncan, LLP since May, 2007.
Ms. Fontanini earned a Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in downtown San Diego. While in law school, prior to joining Pite Duncan, LLP, Ms. Fontanini worked for a solo practitioner practicing real estate and business law. Ms. Fontanini also participated in various pro bono organizations, including the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, providing pro bono legal services to victims of Domestic Violence, as well as California Western's Community Law Project, of which she is a continuing member, providing legal advice and services to low income residents of San Diego.
Ms. Fontanini completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Psychology. Ms. Fontanini is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of California.
