Jillian A. Benbow is an associate attorney in the firm's litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Benbow practiced complex real estate and business litigation with a focus in title insurance and escrow matters.
Ms. Benbow earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school Ms. Benbow participated in Moot Court, resulting to her election to the Executive Moot Court Board where she served as the Vice Chair. Ms. Benbow also received Honors in Lawyering Skills I both semesters, the Best Overall Advocate Award and served as a Lawyering Skills I Specialist during her second year. Prior to law school, Ms. Benbow earned her Bachelor of Arts Summa Cum Laude in Psychology from California State University Fullerton where she was on the Dean's List all semesters and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Golden Key International Honor Society.
Ms. Benbow is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Benbow is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
