Genail M. Anderson is an associate attorney in the firm's litigation department representing financial institutions and related entities in residential real estate litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Anderson practiced in the areas of zoning and land use and represented title insurance carriers in real property title disputes.
Ms. Anderson earned her juris doctor cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was a member of Law Review. She graduated having earned the prestigious Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in U.C.C. and Legal Research and Writing. Additionally, Ms. Anderson gained invaluable experience during her service as a judicial extern to the honorable John A. Houston in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California in San Diego, CA. Prior to law school, Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from California State University of San Bernardino.
Ms. Anderson is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts in California. She is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
